Huge modern kitchen, patio with outdoor television, large pool, outdoor speaker system. 70" HD TV in the living room. 55" 4K TV in the Indoor/Outdoor room with 20' door that overlooks the pool. Outdoor TV, near the grill and the pool.
Pergola with firepit and seating for four, plus a pool waterfall and outdoor grilling area with high-top tables, six bar-stools and misting system highlight the outdoor area.
There is a one car garage that is available by request., Parking for four cars total if you need it.
This home will sleep six-eight. Two in the master bedroom, two in the second bedroom, and two on the twins in bedroom three. Also, an inflatable mattress is available.
We are about two miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Two miles from Scottsdale Stadium (Giants), two miles from Salt River Fields (D'Backs/Rockies), and five miles from Sloan Park (Cubs)
